Body Power Expo Competition

Grassroots kettlebell league, English Kettlebell association and GSU are getting together with The UKs biggest fitness event Bodypower to host a full 10min kettlebell Competition .
Men will compete in biathlon and long cycle with 16,24,32 kg bells
Women single and double bell longcycle , single bell biathlon and double bell jerk with 12,16,24 kg bells
This is our chance to get kettlebell sport in front of a huge crowd and show what we can do. Be part of something big!
