The next 5 min Grassroots Kettlebell competition
5 min sets of jerk, snatch and long cycle
Following the rules set out by the grassroots Kettlebell league
Aimed at Kettlebell beginners as an introduction to Kettlebell sport
Certificates for all lifters on the day but medals only to those not holding ranks in OKSE/GSU or equivalent
No weight class , any size Kettlebells can be used
£10 entry total to compete in 1,2 or all 3
