Saturday 4th Girevoy Sport Competition
The GSU will be hosting this years English Open 2016 on June 4th. Usual Girevoy Sport format applies, 10min lifts: Biathlon (Jerk & Snatch) and Long Cycle, single switch for any single bell lefts. Sunday 5th Pentathlon Competition
The IKFF will be hosting a British Pentathlon Championships 2016 on June 5th. Pentathlon event consisting of 5, 6min lifts, all single bell multi-switch. Due to the format spaces are limit for this so get your entries in quick! Download the entry form, fill out and email to Alan Lyons, email address is on the form.
