]]> Grassroots Kettlebell League gives newbie lifters a chance to lift in any or all three main kettlebell lifts, they will get experience on the platform and be able to lift bells that suit their ability.

Compete over 5mins sets of any or all of the three lifts (jerk, snatch and long cycle). Scoring follows the Grassroots points system and registered lifters accumulate points over the season and can gain a Bronze, silver or gold ranking by achieving certain points levels!

Kettlebell Sport Weekend 2016
Announcing the first event of it’s kind in the UK.  2 organisations, 2 competitions 1 Weekend!

June 4th-5th
Saturday 4th Girevoy Sport Competition
The GSU will be hosting this years English Open 2016 on June 4th. Usual Girevoy Sport format applies, 10min lifts: Biathlon (Jerk & Snatch) and Long Cycle, single switch for any single bell lefts. Entry £20 for GSU members, £25 non-members

Sunday 5th Pentathlon Competition
The IKFF will be hosting a British Pentathlon Championships 2016 on June 5th. Pentathlon event consisting of 5, 6min lifts, all single bell multi-switch. Due to the format spaces are limit for this so get your entries in quick! Download the entry form, fill out and email to Alan Lyons, email address is on the form.
