Edinburgh Kettlebell Club are proud to be hosting the IKFF UK 2017 Pentathlon Open.
We are limited to 35 lifters (5 platforms x 7 flights)
As in all IKFF UK Pentathlon Comps this will be held under Fixometer .
3 Male 3 Female weight categories with bronze, silver and gold medals for each category.
Overall Male / Female champions.
5 lifts, single kettlebell, multiple hand switch.
Cleans, Longcycle Press, Jerk , Halfsnatch, Pushpress
6 min sets with 5 min recovery between sets
Weights available 8kg-48kg
