We hope you will join us in lifting and celebrating at the 10th year anniversary of GSU. An open competition so as usual for GSU comps all are welcome to attend!
 
Lifts available:
10min
Biathlon and Long Cycle (single or double bell option, single bell is single switch)
In addition Veterans can lift snatch only
Half Marathon (30min)
Long cycle, Jerk, snatch, half snatch
(single or double bell option for all apart from snatch, all single bell lifts are multiswitch)
