The Welsh Open Championships for 2016will take place on Saturday 6th February 2016.

The Championships are held in association with Girevoy Sport Union of UK and Ireland (GSU), entry is open to all, members and non-members alike. For members this competition is the Welsh leg of the Four Nations Tournament.

Men’s Biathlon (Jerk & Snatch) and/or Long Cycle Events.
Ladies’ Biathlon (Jerk & Snatch), snatch only and/or Long Cycle Events.

Kettlebell Weight Categories
Men – 16, 20, 24, 28, 32kg
Ladies – 8kg, 12, 16, 20, 24kg

Youth (up to 18), Junior (up to 22), Adult (22+), Veterans (40+) and Seniors (50+) divisions.

ENTRY FEE
Adults: £25 (£20 for GSU members)
Youth/Juniors: £15
