Program
The seminar program includes a course of lectures on topics:
– History of girevoy sport in Russia and in the world
– The annual cycle of training an athlete in girevoy sport
– Modern methods of training in girevoy sport
– Psychological preparation of the athlete before competition
– Biomedical research and their role in modern sport
– Practical studies – training technique of jerk, snatch, long cycle relay, strength training, cross
training, organization and judging of competitions

Scientific Research Methods
During the seminar, students will be able to visit the Scientific Research Institute of the Siberian state university of physical culture and sports and have the opportunity to try different research methods such as:
– Diagnosis and evaluation of physical development;
– Heart Rate Monitors;- Blood pressure monitors;
– Electrocardiography;
– Cardiointervalography;
– Ergometer;
– Bicycle ergometer;
– Harvard step test;
– Conduct orthostatic test;
– Screening-Monitoring – Prediction – Control indicators of physical condition;
– Research and testing of psychomotor abilities.

Certification
athletes will receive official certification on completion of this course.

cost is 500 euro.

( 1 day- food 12 euro , hotel 15 euro=6 days )

Girevoy Sport Conference
included in this course is the all Russian scientific practical conference (16-17th oct)

subjects of the conference:
– Problems with development in women’s events such as snatch, jerk, long cycle and their impact on the female body.
-problems of youth development in girevoy sport and sport disciplines which influence the development of the growing body.
-ways of development and promotion of girevoy sport in European countries and countries further abroad.
-girevoy sports and its inclusion in the Olympics
-new technologies for the development of girevoy sport and helping to improve the training process.
-the rules of girevoy sport and the changes (regulation time, weight categories,new disciplines and organisation of competitions) and the appropriateness of.
-tactical and technical training in girevoy sport.
-psychological preparation of athletes in girevoy sport.
-features of the training process in girevoy sport at pre-competitive and competitive periods.
– the methodology of the training process in the exercises of snatch in the preparatory period.
– technique training for men and women.
