If you fall in the Junior or Veteran age classes you have the option to enter the adult/open class if desired. NB your results are only counted within the division you enter.
(If less than three lifters in a category on competition day then categories will be combined, no-one moves more than one weight category)
Females have choice from 8kg upwards and males 16kg upwards. NB junior lifters can request lighter weights and we will do our best to facilitate. In this case select "other" and we'll be in touch.

For this year's English Championship Relay event just let us know if you want to take part and leave the rest to us! Teams will be drawn at random in a Facebook live draw prior to the event. Team members can then decide who does each of the lifts on the day. Entry is £10 which includes a LIMITED EDITION Relay T-Shirt! Ladies 2 x 12kg jerk & Longcycle and 12kg Snatch. Men 2 x 20kg jerk & Longcycle and 20kg Snatch
if you're not entering the relay but would like to order a t-shirt you can do this also for £10
NB once entry is received payment information will be sent out by the competition hosts.
