Enter the all new British Championship Relay!

Some exciting news for this years British Championship – we will be hosting a country team relay.

Each team will be made up of 3 members and consist of 3 lifts:
– 3 min longcycle (double bells )
– 3 min jerk (double bells)
– 4 min snatch

Men: 20kg Women: 12kg

Each person lifts once
No mixed teams
Overall score wins
Goodie bags for the winning teams

To enter cost will be £10 person and include a team t shirt (payment details will be sent once your entry has been received)

No limit on number of teams just grab yourself a couple of mates and get entered . If you can’t find a team , don’t worry just fill your details in below with your preferred lift and we can make up some teams.
