Grassroots Competition – Alba Clan

Grassroots Kettlebell League gives newbie lifters a chance to lift in any or all three main kettlebell lifts, they will get experience on the platform and be able to lift bells that suit their ability.

Compete over 5mins sets of any or all of the three lifts (jerk, snatch and long cycle). Scoring follows the Grassroots points system and registered lifters accumulate points over the season and can gain a Bronze, silver or gold ranking by achieving certain points levels!
