Open Siberian and Far East Cup between students in memory of N.Shatov and B.Smogulov (outstanding athletes and coaches of the Omsk region) The address: 144, Maslennikov Street, Omsk, athletics arena SibGUFK

Schedule:
1st day- Meeting at the airport and accommodation; registration , introduction/meeting with the program, weighting.

2d day- (3 march) opening ceremony – men’s long cycle (weight KB 24 -32kg) , snatch women ( weight KB 16 -24kg ), relay race long cycle-medal ceremony

3d day – ( 4 march) Biathlon(weight KB 24-32kg), relay race jerk, the end of competition and award ceremony,

Men’s Weight category 63,68,73,78,85,95,+95kg
Women’s weight category 58,63,68,+68kg
Rules of competition –All-Russian
Price for sportsmen- 500 rubles = 12 euros = 15 dollars

theme of seminar:

– Anatomical features of the structure athlete in girevoy sport (muscles, organs, joints)

-Biochemical and physiological processes occurring in the body during intense training, competitive load in jerk, snatch, long cycle, the relay race in the long cycle and classic snatch for sportsman

-Healthy lifestyle, proper sports nutrition, weight correction before the competition and during the annual cycle, restoration activities in sport.

-Modern methods of training process for athletes
Practical training :
-technique snatch
– long cycle technique
-jerk technique
exercises promote the development of basic disciplines, snatch, jerk and long cycle.
strength training
aerobic training (сross and skiing, skating, swimming)
7 march – test- exam, presentation of certificates

8 march –the day of departure.
